Our Account Managers work directly with our clients and customers and handle new client acquisition and client retention. An Account Manager must meet performance standards on a consistent basis as they are groomed to be responsible for the growth and development of Card Service Professionals. Through comprehensive, on the job training, we ensure that every employee gets the level of support and coaching they need. Account Managers play an integral role in attaining corporate objectives.
An Assistant Manager will be trained in the administrative/management aspect of the merchant services industry. They will also learn to interview, manage business finances, and run day-to-day operations of a fast paced Card Processing company. This training is essential in order to create a well-rounded business professional who can manage a team of Account Managers.
Once the accumulation of all above skill sets and techniques are mastered the Assistant Manager has the opportunity to become a Managing Partner. Managing Partners are an integral part of Card Service Professionals Upper Level Management. They are expected to use all learned skills in order to run a card processing office while helping to continue to meet and exceed future business goals.
